Vision
The vision is outworked through Town/City-wide meetings led by a Chapter leader who is experienced in the ways of the Lord and is accepted by her community. The heart of this fundamental part of our ministry can be found in Psalm 127 verse 3. "The scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon a land allotted to the righteous". Once a month, men and women gather under the WAIPN banner in prayer for their community.
In England, many of our chapter leaders are also leaders within their local Church body. Since our vision is NOT for women ONLY, many wives ‘pray in’ their husbands and BOTH lead as ONE.

Guidelines for Chapters
‘Arise Barak! Arise Deborah!’ Is the cry of God Almighty’s heart and our heart - to see team ministries being raised throughout the body of Christ. However, if a chapter chooses to function with only women, we do not discourage any gathering under Women Arise so long as it is in line with our core values.
| The chapter leaders and other members MUST be under the covering of a local Church. |
| Leadership role in WAIPN must be with the blessing of your local Pastor/Minister |
| All members must love, honor and respect one another |
| No WAIPN meetings are to be run as a church programme. WAIPN is a fellowship of believers and not a Church. |
| In times of clash of events, WAIPN members are encouraged to attend the local Church events. |
| Chapter leaders are trained as mentors and are encouraged to facilitate mentoring clinics. WAIPN reserves the right to exclude any person considered rebellious from its groups. |
CELLS -
The Chapters birth ‘Cells’ of not more than five persons.

How do I start a Chapter? • Pray and ask the Lord.
• Contact one of our national directors or covering church.
• You will receive a starter pack (At a later date for Southern Africa)
• As soon as you join, you become a member of a global praying, prophetic and apostolic family.
• Teaching materials and other information will be sent regularly from our
headquarters in the U.K.
As a Chapter leader, you automatically join our database of leaders and will
receive a monthly Network News Update, invitation for conferences and
develop friendships with other leaders across the world. Our Chapter leaders
are very well trained and equipped to train others.
National Coordinator:
Is a person who coordinates Chapters and cells group in the nation. We would
like to say that they are "Mothers of a Movement", for WAIPN is a
weapon for Revival in the nations.
