ALL NATIONS PROPHETIC TOUR OF THE HOLY LAND LED BY DEBORAH & IAN SMITH

DATE: 28th May 2011
TIME: 8-10 Days
VENUE: Jerusalem & Galilee to Include Egypt

It is our pleasure to welcome you on the Arise Missions third "All Nations Prophetic Tour of the Holy Land" led by Deborah and Ian Smith from Arise Missions. As on the previous tours, the Lord's presence was so visibly strong manifesting through supernatural signs and wonders. We were privileged to baptise new believers of all age ranges in the River Jordan and to experience a new level of God's love for us as individuals and His people within the land of Israel.

The itinerary for 2011 is packed with amazing places to visit in Jerusalem and Galilee along with the opportunity to cross the border into Egypt to climb Mount Sinai and to visit St Catherine's Monastery (the site where Moses encountered the burning bush and the commissioning to free the children of Israel from captivity).  We are really excited about the tour for 2011 as we are expectant for greater manifestations of God's presence as we bless His people. The ARISE MISSIONS TOURS in partnership with WORLDWIDE CHRISTIAN TRAVEL guarantee you professionalism, fellowship and friendship. This is a prophetic experience that will change your life forever and a tour you will never forget.

We believe this is the time to focus on the plans and purposes of God within the Middle East and therefore invite you to join us as we allow the Holy Spirit to impact our hearts and interpret the mysteries of heaven at such a strategic time in history.

BIRMINGHAM HOUSE OF PRAYER FIRST FRUITS PRAYER & PRAISE CELEBRATION

DATE: 1st October 2010
TIME: 7.30pm – 10.00pm
VENUE: Solihull Lodge Community Centre, Grafton Hall, Grafton Road, Solihull Lodge, West Midlands, B90 1NJ

I want to share some exciting new changes from immediate affect for Birmingham House of Prayer.  For a while now, the Lord has been speaking to me about studying 'Times and Seasons' and to really discern being in the right place at the right time.  This is not to say that I’ve been misaligned, however, I do believe that the Lord is asking us to become more focussed on this subject as we have entered into a new spiritual year (Rosh Hashanah) on the 8th September 2010.

With that in mind, HOP will no longer meet on the last Friday of every month.  The Lord has been speaking to me about His spiritual cycles; one being the monthly celebration of “First Fruits”.

There are many scriptures that speak about celebrating and offering the First of ALL the Lord has blessed us with (great and small) and yet we somehow, through lack of understanding or distraction, seem to miss our appointed time with the Lord.

Rosh Chodesh

Rosh Chodesh is the celebration of the beginning of the month (lunar month).  Psalm 81:3 declares “Sound the ram's horn at the New Moon, and when the moon is full, on the day of our Feast; this is a decree for Israel, an ordinance of the God of Jacob”.

2 Chronicles 2:4 shows us that as Solomon was preparing the build the Temple to honour the name of the Lord, he refers to the weekly, monthly and yearly cycles of the Lord.  The weekly cycle is the Sabbath, the monthly cycle is the new moon celebration and the yearly cycles, Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles (Ex 23:14-17).

First Fruits – The First is Important to God.

Proverbs 3:9-10  “Honour the LORD with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops; then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine”.

Ezekiel 44:30 “The first of the ripe fruits and all the gifts brought to the LORD will go to the priests. The first samples of each grain harvest and the first of your flour must also be given to the priests so the LORD will bless your homes.(NLT)

First & Best

Ex 23:19 "As you harvest your crops, bring the very best of the first harvest to the house of the LORD your God. (NLT).

Honouring the Lord at the New Moon Celebration (Beginning of the Mth) with our First Fruits offering causes:
  • A blessing to fall upon our household (Ez 44:30)
  • Causes us to reap a blessing all month long & sanctifies all our income (Rom 11:6)
  • Opens the windows of Heaven (Mal 3:8)
  • Overflowing blessings (Prov 3:9-10)
  • Sets us up for the month ahead

Giving God the First Fruit of your TIME

Taking all the above into account, I have been led by the Lord to change the date that we meet for Birmingham House of Prayer.  We will no longer meet on the last Friday of every month.  We will now meet on the First Friday of every month to honour the Lord at the beginning of the month (Rosh Chodesh) with our prayer, worship and our first fruit financial and time offerings.

The next gathering will be on Friday 1st October 2010.

Please come expectant and invite your friends.  We are expecting the presence of the Lord to come in a way we’ve not experienced before as we honour Him with our First Fruits and as we pray and worship the Lord and celebrate entering into a new spiritual year 'Rosh Hashanah'.

Where We Meet:

Solihull Lodge Community Centre, Grafton Hall, Grafton Road, Solihull Lodge, West Midlands, B90 1NJ

Time:

7.30pm – 10.00pm

Future Dates for BHOP:

5th Nov 10 & 3rd Dec 10.  (House of Prayer now meets on the first Friday of the month).

Costs:

House of Prayer is a FREE event; however, we will be taking an offering during the evening.  Please pray about what the Lord would have you give to bless the work of House of Prayer and as a First Fruits offering to the Lord.
